JUMPING JIM

About Me

In January 2023, I checked into the ER with intense abdominal pain and vomiting. A CAT scan revealed a tumor the size of a fist in my ascending colon. I was immediately prepped and rushed into surgery. The tumor was classified as “terminal” stage 4 colon cancer.

During my five day stay in the hospital, my surgeon along with attending physicians as well as an oncologist STRONGLY recommended I immediately begin chemo therapy and radiation. After reviewing all the negative side effects of the chemo and radiation option, my intuition told me this wasn’t the route for me.

The icing on the cake was when the oncologist informed me that I would have to be on chemo and radiation indefinitely with no end date in sight. Not only would this option severely compromise my immune system at a time I needed it the most, but it would continue without end. This simply wasn’t a viable option for me.

I chose to put my faith in my body’s ability to heal naturally. I elected to go “all in” with 100% holistic natural therapies and let the chips fall where they may. There were many people, including Chris Wark (chrisbeatcancer.com), who were in similar situations and came out on the other side with successful results.

In my case, it wasn’t just one thing but a variety of protocols, working in tandem, that made the difference such as nutrition, juicing, supplementation, infrared therapy, meditation, breathwork, stem cell patches, homeopathy, jumping rope and many, many others. In short, it took all out massive action.

My healing journey has been pretty miraculous. Within three months from my original “terminal stage four” diagnosis, a CAT scan showed no signs of any tumors. Two months later an MRI reinforced the CAT scan results and showed all systems were normal.

In the mid-1990s after returning from Russia, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue. As part of my healing protocol, I jumped rope and experienced powerful health results. There are many benefits to jumping rope and trampoline work such as promoting lymphatic drainage and boosting the immune system. Skipping rope is also one of the best cardiovascular exercises a person can do, as well as a variety of other benefits.
